In recent years, direct composite materials and adhesive systems have undergone major transformations, and in light of adhesive dentistry, resin composites and adhesives have made it possible to do minimally invasive, esthetic and tooth-preserving restorations. This course is designed to explain the contemporary concept of adhesive dentistry on posterior direct restorations. 

Part Two: Posterior Indirect Restorations 

This hands-on course is designed to provide dentists with the knowledge and clinical protocols required to perform predictable indirect posterior restorations following the principles of biomimetic dentistry and contemporary adhesive techniques.

Participants will learn how to preserve tooth structure, optimize adhesion, and manage complex posterior cases using modern indirect restorative materials. The course will focus on adhesive preparation design, immediate dentin sealing, deep margin elevation, and adhesive luting protocols to maximize restoration longevity and biomechanical performance.

With the evolution of adhesive dentistry and advanced restorative materials such as ceramic and composite indirect restorations, clinicians can now achieve highly esthetic, durable, and minimally invasive posterior restorations that mimic the natural biomechanics of teeth.
